“Friday, Feb. 14 . . . Releases and Depatures- - The follwing named missionaries have been honorably released and sailed for home February, 14th, 1913, per s.s. ‘Tunisian.’ From Great Britain - - Benjamin Layton, Junius S Embley, Joseph F Holyoak, W A Van Orden, J Eugene Lichfield. From Switzerland and Germany - -George S Shurtliff, Joseph G Salisbury, Clyde J Daines, Joseph Buhler. From the Netherlands - -Johan C Stoel, John W De Bry. From the French misison - -Leonal T Read. From Scandinavia - -Walter E Fridal, John Berntsen, Arthur L Olsen, J H Christiansen, H Otto Christensen, James Andersen. From Sweden - -Arthur O Nellson, Carl E Nilson, Peter O Peterson, Gustaf E Sjoberg. With the company were thirty –three emigrants in charge of Elders J Eugene Lichfield, H Otton Christensen, and Junius S Embley. (Mill.Star, 75:125).” [BMMH,1913].
