Smith and Counselors, Dear Brethren: The company of emigrants leaving Liverpool May 6th, 1909, on the steamship Dominion, for Montreal, in charge of Elder F. W. Olend, of Bridger, Wyoming, arrived in Salt Lake City, May 21st. The company consisted of 2 elders and 26 saints. The company had a good trip across the ocean, no sea sickness, had good treatment from stewards and other steamer officers; held one meeting on board, many of the passengers attended. Landed at Quebec, all passed the emigration officers; left Quebec for Montreal, at this point 4 of the company going to Cardston left the company proceeding direct to that point. From Montreal to Salt Lake good car provided and good treatment and attention from the railroad men. Agent with the company from Chicago to Omaha. The company had to be transferred at Fort Huron, from one car to another. Arrived at Salt Lake, May 21st, all had friends to meet the. Respectfully submitted, [CW Nibley, OP Miller, David A Smith].
