“Thursday, July 25. . .Releases - - Elders Delbert W Parratt, Ernest J Taylor, & John R Stubbs, all of the London Conference, have been honorably released to return home per s.s. ‘New England’, sailing from Liverpool August 1st. (Mill.Star, 63:491)” [BMMH, 1901]. “Thursday, June 27. . .Releases- - Parley F Smith of the Newcastle, per ss ‘New England,’ sailing August 1st. (Mill. Star, 63:426).” [BMMH, 1901]. “Thursday, Aug 1. . .Releases - - The following Elders, all honorably released to return home, sailed from Liverpool to-day, per s.s. ‘New England’: William B Armstrong, Jacob Miller, Samuel J Parrish, John R. Stubbs, Delbert W Parratt, Ernest J Taylor, Fred G Clarks, William H Gardner, Ira Egan, and George Bowman. Mr. And Mrs Robert Howard, who have spent the past two months visiting kinsfolk in England, were also passengers on the same boat. (Mill.Star, 63:506).” [BMMH, 1901].
